plz....tell how i can restore or update my iphone....plz...write me soon as possible ...m waiting for ur reply.....help me out...if u dont understand my question plz write me also.....when i connect wth itunes...itunes shows ur iphone is protected wth paascode enter passcode 2 connect wth itunes....where i have 2 enter paascode...i cant see any option....

It means it's not your phone, not your computer, or you previously synced it with a different computer.

Fix whichever issue applies.

It says iTunes cannot connect to your device because it is locked with a passcode. You need to enter the unlock code before you plug it into the computer, or put the device into DFU Mode (http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1034) and do a restore in iTunes.

It clearly says in the second pic "enter the passcode in iPhone before connecting to iTunes".
