how to view wallpaper?

his is simple, I know. How do i View my wallpaper? I have a password, so that covers it when I turn the phone off sleep. Is there a way to have it as a background? Any other ways to view it? Thanks :)

You can't unless you jailbreak, sorry. :) That wallpaper is only for the lockscreen. It's misleading I know.
