IPhone 2G Unable to Surf

Hi,

Need help from you. Currently I have a Jailbreak 2G Iphone.
Model: MA712LL
Jailbreak: 2.2.1 (5H11)

I am unable to surf. I able to connect to my home wifi (Linksys) but when i try to surf using Safari, it keep prompting me no internet connection.

Can someone pls help me.

Maybe you have no internet connection.

Just because you have a wifi connection doesn't mean you have an internet connection.

So can you advise me on what I should do? You mean when I am connect to my WIFI it doesnt mean that I can surf net?

Do a restore from itunes.

First, turn on and off both the iPhone and router. 2) Clear out the connection to the router on the iPhone and reconnect again. 3) If its still not working, check with a computer that it can receive internet. 4) If it still doesn't work, now's the point to restore the iPhone.

Reset you network settings on the iPhone.
1: going to settings
2: Click general
3: scroll down to reset
4: click reset network settings

This sould fix your problem.
