Has anyone had the same issue with this mouse? Vertical scrolling is not smooth or stable; it sometimes jerks back in the wrong direction after scrolling. For example, I'll scroll up a page or so, and then it will drop back down by one notch. Very annoying. Also, scrolling in general seems rough--it jerks along in little notches of movement. My other Logitech mouse doesn't have this problem.
