can anyone help me with this? i have the first psp, and for some reason, when i try to turn it on, the green light comes on, a flash of the screen, and then nothing. nothing on the screen, and no green light.

it will then start charging, yellow light, for a little bit, and then that will go out as well, and have no light again.

any ideas? it was just working not that long ago

Does it stay on if you keep it plugged into the mains with the battery removed?

nope. but i'll try it again when i get home, just in case

well it doesn't work. when the battery is out, and i try to turn it on, the green light flashes for not even a second, and that's it.

makes me think something is wrong with the plug in or something. like the battery isn't charging. but i don't have another plug-in to try it with
