I have a 350Mhz G4 tower with a measly 128MB of PC 100 RAM that I need to upgrade, but PC100 RAM is now expensive and not typically not stocked. Can I use PC133 RAM? Can I mix PC100 RAM with PC133 RAM? Is there a performance difference? Thanks.

yes you can mix 133MHz ram and 100MHz ram here is some cheap stuff that i can recommend if you have a pci based powermac http://eshop.macsales.com/MyOWC/Upgrades.cfm?model=135&type=Memory&TI=%23TimeFormat%28Now%28%29%2C+&shoupgrds=Show+Upgrades

and if you have an agp one: http://eshop.macsales.com/MyOWC/Upgrades.cfm?model=89&type=Memory&TI=%23TimeFormat%28Now%28%29%2C+&shoupgrds=Show+Upgrades

No, you won't see a performance difference between PC 100 and PC 133, but you will see a huge performance increase on the Mac after adding the RAM!
