Is it safe to delete the System Caches?

If I delete them, I will clear up 700MB of disk space. 😱😱😱😱

caches are used to make your computer run faster when they are deleted they regenerate right after but if you do delete them everything will be slow for a bit until u get enough caches back so its not recommend you deleted them unless you have some problem😱

Bearing in mind that there are two Caches folders, and the one in User>Library is MUCH bigger than in MacintoshHD>Library.

Mine is HUWUWUWUWUWUWUGE.
