That is because of late despondent Microsoft fans peering at the downward spiral view this forum as their last hope. LOL I am just kidding and have no idea how what you have posted correlates to my insinuating these posts are brainless.

macrumors is a business and ads generate revenue.

well...glad to see we get to continue the tradition of having threads about the ads...

This question has been answered many a time... And more importantly, ads, just like on many other website, vary from user to user...

Also, the site has said constantly that if you feel an ad is offensive, contact one of the staff and it will be reviewed and reported to google if necessary.
