Neither -- they both suck. The 7200 rpm one gives almost no advantage over the 5400 one, and they're both slower than WD Scorpio Blue 5400 rpm.which one should I get?

It doesn't suck as in "worst piece of crap in the history of the universe". The difference between the 500 GB 2.5" S-ATA drives on the market is fairly small. Run HDTune pro 3.5 in Bootcamp, your firmware should be firmware 0002SDM1
