After keynote I checked manual software updates and Leopard found new 7 updates for me? I install all updates and restart my iMac then blue screen coming not apple blue just like a windows theme blue and on the blue screen Apple Hardware Test Program begin. Almost 5 minute testing your hardware. Memory Cpu and Graphic Card testing.

My hardware test result; No found Problems.

There's no reason to run HW test if I don't have any problems.

Check is your HD working properly, Applications -> Utilities -> Disk Utility -> Check Disk.
