will the new macbook pro 13 inches ship with snow leopard?

oh and i forgot to mention its my first mac and personal computer : )

No.

It'll be out in September. You'll have a voucher for a free upgrade+shipping costs when it does come out. I think they're charging $9.95 to send it out they said come September.
