How do you SSH jailbreak apps on to iPhone manually?

How do you manually install Cydia applications, without having Cydia installed? It was jailbroken to PwnageTool for Mac, however, we unchecked both Cydia and Installer. I have no desire to have the actual applications on here, as I want the iPhone to look like it hasn't been touched.

However, I do want things such as iBlacklist, make it mine, and Status Notifier.

You can use any ftp app or an app like fugu and drag and drop them.
However, I would just use cydia and install everything and then sftp to your phone and delete cydia....
