Photographs of tortured, naked Iraqi prisoners; burnt bodies of American contractors in Falluja, images of the spiritual leader of Hamas, Sheikh Ahmed Yassin's disintegrated body ... Israeli remains dragged around ... We cannot have become so inured to cruelty and pain. No amount of barbarism can and should kill our humanism. Perpetrators of crime have to be brought to justice. Whoever and wherever they are."
This coming amidst polls showing 80% of Iraqis want the US out.
