upgrade to 3.0GM without upgrading BB???

ok i know this has been asked a million times, but wondering if someone can tell me exactly what to do... i have a iphone 3g 2.2 2.28.00BB unlocked and jailbroken n workin fine with t-mobile however i want to get 3.0 GM. is this possible? i do not have a Mac computer.

I dont think theres a tool yet.
Just wait 6 more days and the tools to unlock/jailbreak will be released shortly after.
