dual apple led cinema displays

Is it possible to get dual displays with these on the laptops? How would this be done? I've been using dual displays at work and have been planning on buying one of these.

At this point in time the only apple product that can run dual 24" led displays is the Mac Pro.

You can't run 2 external displays from any of the laptops, however you can use an external display as well as the one on the laptop itself to create a dual display setup.
