Can I exchange my macbook for the new macbook pro?

i just got my macbook aluminum (2.0)last Friday.....

is it possible for me to exchange ? well, it's still in the 14 day from the purchase
date

Yes, fortunately it's in the 14-day period. I do believe that there's a restocking fee. (10-15%)

damn, i order my macbook online, the date of order is May 29.

"request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product."

so it's just one day beyond the date I can ask for a RMA?

Today would be the 14th day. You need to get in touch and request the return/exchange ASAP.

i believe the fee is a restocking fee for opened products only and wouldn't apply if you returned it immediately.

I would call and talk if you can't make the swap today, since this is the 14th calendar day.

If you explain you cannot get to an Apple store in time, they may let you come in a few days past. Good PR if they do.

BestBuy did it for me, even though they have horrid service at the one nearby me (Swapped my Zune for an iPod Touch).
