Need Photoshop Help..

Let me see if I can explain this properly....

I have a little skull and crossbones image I want to make into a brush, so when I drag the brush across the page, it puts out random skulls. Just like the star brush, only skulls instead.

Is this possible?

Yup, just find or make a skull and crossbones image, select the outline and go to Edit>Define Brush Preset... Then give it a name and set your brush settings to scatter it the way you want and you're set.
