Will the 9400M be good enough (I know it is compatible) for Open CL?

Will the 9400M graphics card be good enough for Snow Leopard and Open CL? I know it is compatible but will it be sluggish or is the 9600 GT a necessity for upgrading?

Maybe you should wait for a program that you use to take advantage of it first.

I'm not sure OpenCL will live up to the hype right off the bat

Sorry, I am not really familiar with Macs and am looking to buy my first one so sorry if my question was noobish. I wasn't refering to the heavy duty programs but programs like iLife and other basic ones. Will there be a noticeable difference?
