It is lame that we can't do this. I don't want to delete everything just certain calls in the log.

Even if you could delete them from the phone, they still register on the bill. There are ways around that though.

For me it doesn't matter whether or not the names show up on the bill. I just want to keep the call history on the iPhone organized.

Absolutely. If texts can be individually deleted, calls should be able to do so as well.

Why did Apple forget to include features that have been in other devices for years? The iPhone is my first experience with Apple and considering how expensive their products are, I would expect them to do it right the first time and not have to wait months or years for them to fix it.


So when they say that Apple is a company that thinks differently, they mean they like to leave out features in their devices that are considered mainstream in every other device on the market? Really?

Make a note of all the calls you had, delete all the calls from the list, then get everyone who phoned you before (minus the call from the clinic you wanted to delete) to phone you again in the same order and bob's your uncle.

Change the name of the contact on your phone so it shows up as someone else on your call list.

Me: "No, look through my call list."
