Could Not Order Iphone 3GS Off Apple.Com Because Of A Deposite?

Is this true? Has anybody have to put down a deposite when they did the reservation thing on Apple.com? I wanted to purchase.....but I dont remember seeing an option to do so. Any help😀

If you're a new customer (or maybe even adding a new line?) you're required to have a credit check run. Depending on how it turns out you may need a $250-750 security deposit. If your credit is good you have nothing to worry about.

Yup....I have a $250 deposite.......why doesnt apple let me order the phone? I have the funds available.

if u have bad credict or no credit there is a deposit..I just gave gave them my 500 to open an account...hate Att & love apple!!!!

finding a Cell phone company that gives away phones to people with bad credit or no Credit. And don't you guys know Apple gives free Iphones to anybody that Kiss Steve Jobs A$$! Seriously can we get back to talking about technology or rumors! even I'm over my little thing with AT&T geesh!
