I just got an Apple Macbook 13 inch that was released back in '08, and I haven't opened it because the new 13 inch Macbook, now dubbed the Macbook Pro 13 inch, has been released a few days ago and is cheaper and has more features. If I haven't opened my laptop, and bring it to my Apple Store I bought it at would I be able to either exchange it for the new one, or get my money back to then use to buy a new one? Thanks for any answers!!

If you bought in the last 14 days, Apple will exchange it without asking and restocking fees. If you've bought it at Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller of course.
You mean the Unibody MB though, don't you?

Yes I do, my mom had purchased it a week ago, and I want to try and bring it back tomorrow to exchange for the newer model that was just released last week at WWDC, which is in stores.
