iPod touch What hppened to my iPod?! I need serious help!

Hi, a few minutes ago I was using a twitter fon app on my iPod Touch and all of a sudden it froze up so I restarted by holding the home and off button at the same time. Then all of a sudden that "connect iPod to iTunes" logo appeared and I don't know what to do! Is all my data gone?!?! 😕
 
That link does not have a solution to my problem, but thanks for trying to help tough.

Yeah that's the problem tough. My laptop broke 2 months ago and I have to wait until next week to get a new one. Then when I restore it all my music and contacts will be gone! I guess I have to deal with it then. 🙁
 
same here...

I updated that damn Twitter Fon app and my Touch crashed also!!!
Had to send it back to Apple for exchange, it was totally locked up.
