GTX285 can it start at install OSX ?

Keep your old graphics card. If you need to reinstall, put it back in first.

May I confirm are you sure? I think next time I need reinstall OSX is Snow Leopard come.

Also I make a fool to me, I had been back up the OSX to Ext. HD, so I just clone it back.

So I think 285 I will get it after snow leopard can use it without driver.

I would assume snow leopard has the drivers built in...otherwise, as has been said, do a clone like a carbon copy clone to a disc image, and/or clone it to another drive as a spare and swap that in if anything goes funky.
