Parallels 4 install question

So I bought the MacUpdate Promo bundle. I want to install Parallels 4, but I already have 3 installed on my bootcamp partition.

Should I install over the 3 or remove 3 and install 4 or does it matter?

Personally, I use Fusion, but it shouldn't matter
It should update your version 3
