are there any programmers who are thirst for a good app idea?

First time posting here, so I hope this doesn't sound like a dumb question.

I was wondering if there are apple apps developers who are just thirst for a good app idea. If yes, how would someone with an idea (yes, I know everyone thinks his idea is the next million dollar idea....) find someone who can turn their idea into product?
