Backing up 1st gen jailb iPhone restoring to iPhone 3G S

Hey,

I own a 1st gen iPhone. It's jailbroken and unlocked. I live in Iceland so I had to do that.
So I've decided to buy the iPhone 3G S from Italy and I was wondering if it would be a problem to sync my backed up jailbroken and unlocked iPhone to a ,,legally" unlocked iPhone 3G S?
 
1. Plug old iPhone into iTunes and wait for it to finish syncing.
2. Plug new iPhone into iTunes and restore from backup.

Everything will be there.
