APPLE.com 3Gs Pre order's down for existing customers!

Just tried to pre order on Apple.com i'm an existing customer and got this message.


"iPhone eligibility check is currently unavailable due to scheduled AT&T system maintenance and we are unable to allow iPhone purchases through the Apple Online Store, Apple Retail, or Apple Phone Sales. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes.|To check iPhone eligibility, please try again in 4 hours, 35 minutes.

Yes, we know this. AT&T is doing a scheduled maintainance of their website. That in turn, cancels the orders that Apple forwards to AT&T (About your plans).
 
this means they are updating

people were just posting about AT&T being down doing the same thing it's a good thing it means they are both updating there info and order status might change soon. though don't expect your phone before the 19th.
