how to show all when tryign to save?

I am building a small site on DW cs4... but whenever i try to "Save as" something that i have worked on, it only gives me certain options (shown in picture) what if i want to save something inside a different folder that isn't there? I'm sure there is a simple way to do it I just can't figure it our for the life of me...
