What do you recommend for a 10,000 internal hard drive?

I have a WD 300GB Velociraptor, and have been happy with it, particularly for Random Access (faster than any of the other drives I'm using ATM). :)

You don't have many options. If you are inquiring about use for a laptop then you don't have any options.
