trouble getting cd/dvd into drive on MB

for some reason my drive won't "pull" the disks into it. i'll have to force them into the drive, which i'm sure isn't good. and it's then hard to get them out of the drive. anyone have this issue or ever heard of it?

i have the same issue. i think mine is bent at the opening perhaps from wear and tear or dropping it. try using a credit card and making sure nothing is obstructing the slot. thats what she said.

is this a new issue? if it is, maybe its from abuse. if not, it might be from manufacturing. hopefully you still have a warranty.
