How do I get multiple ringtones on my iphone 3g

Help! I followed the instructions given in previous posts. I changed the files to the m4r and imported back to itunes. Everything was perfect. I did this with three different songs and itunes recognized the ringtones, but my iphone has three of the same song. What did I do wrong? Great, now I am rhyming.

I tried unclicking the manual sync, but then everything disappears. Sorry everyone, I got the phone yesterday.

I go to myxertones.com and download them from there, they have a download for iphone option. It's really easy, once you download the ringtone you just drag it into your itunes and it becomes a ringtone and you sync it and then it shows up in your phone as a ringtone.
