bowtie alternantive on windows?

Hey guys i decided to try out windows 7 through bootcamp and I have gotten some of things im used to on os x. but im missing something like bowtie or coversutra. anything close to that on Win7? i just want to be able to change songs outside of iTunes using a key stroke.

Check out CD Art Display, with the right skins (right on their website) you can make it look and pretty much function like coversutra
