I'm in canada and we have no time change with san francisco but still the os upgrade isn't here yet and it is 7:09 am

Anybody know what time it should of came out

most likely 10 am pacific time, but you could check the 400 other threads about this

What part of Indiana are you in? You probably have the same time zone as me, it's 10:16 AM here.:)

yeah thats true, sometimes i do hate people giving me that answer of checking other threads because it is hard to find anything here, thats why i tried to give you the best answer i know

Let's get real here. If it was known what time it was being released or if it was already available, don't you think MR would have a front page article?????????

Not to mention the 347 threads that would pop up.

If it is 10 am it will be on the download list at 10am and 1 sec

No. I'm not even updating my 3G today. I'm waiting until Friday so I can unlock. My iPod touch and my 2G iPhone already have 3.0 on them (GM), so I'm not even in a hurry.:(

Did u have to be a developer to get the GM

Yes. Not that it matters at this point.

To get it, yes and no. It is on the developer website, but you can get it from the various links as well. You do not have to be a developer to install it.
Like Tallest Skil said, it doesn't matter anymore.
