Would these be infringing on Apple's copyrights/trade drtess/tradrmarks? Can anyone report them to Apple for copyright/trademark infringment?

It just proves to us that our GUI looks soooooo much better than XP
what about opensource and the whole darwin thing guys? come on, its just the interface design. i even know that there is a gui for kde linux that simulates aqua, right up to the glowing buttons and transparency.
and besides, if they want to delude themselves into thinking that NT is OSX let them. it will just make it more dissapointing in the end. :D :D

copyright infringement? looks like it, but they've got a disclaimer, so it must be all legal, or Apple would have already 'contacted' the various sites.
looks good though. might try that on my PC...

What should we do about it-can someone report them to Apple? i think they may still not be ok wuith Apple. As Apple says in its guidlines you can't reguister any apple's trademarks in a domain and they don't allow websites to copy the site design. Also their program's infinge on the Aqua and Finder trademark and look so similar to the real OSX ones-SO they would ge infinging on trade dress.
