Pls. Help!!-- recover a deleted user account?

I've deleted a user account without saving a .dmg file. Is there anyway to get this information back--- this is awful.

if the files have been deleted from the hard drive, then there's no easy way out. what is gone, is gone.

if the files are really worth a lot, you can get them out by giving a professional data recovery company take care of it. but it's costly so feasible only to recover really valuable data.

look in the root user's account.

i think the user's home folder might have been moved there when it was deleted...
