Wasn't 3.0 supposed to have a "visually impaired" setting?

I think I remember seeing a picture of a setting to invert colors for most of the stock (all?) apps for the visually impaired under 3.0. I hope that it's not an iPhone only feature, as I prefer white text on a black background.

It's one of the accessibility (http://www.apple.com/iphone/iphone-3g-s/accessibility.html) features of the iPhone 3GS.

Ahh...shame it doesn't appear on other devices. Luckily, I'm getting my first iPhone tomorrow.
