I have been using FCX HD to make movies, but I am attempting to upload a movie now to blogger and YouTube. I have a video that's just under five minutes but tops out at about 1.75 MB -- apparently too big for either of these sites.
Obviously lots of movies on YouTube are longer than five minutes, so I'm obviously exporting it as too large a file.
Which export format or procedure is going to give me the most manageable online file with the best quality?
Thanks for any advice.

Yes h.264 is fantastic quality -- I just finished a 3-minute video and it was only 163 MB even with high quality settings. When you go to upload to youtube there's a place to click for format suggestions. They seem to like h.264 and AAC.
