I'm developing iPhone apps someone who owns a PC and I own a Mac. Is there anyway I can share the code and have him help?

No, the SDK only runs on Intel-Macs. (Or PPC-Macs with some "tweaking").

He can help, by opening the class files in a text editor. He won't have the documentation readily available nor will he be able to test/compile on the PC.
