H'lo,

Am considering getting a new iPod Touch later this year (if a new version comes along) or just to get the microphone features the 2nd gen has, so I can use some of the voice recording apps that the Touch has.

I've already bought apps for my 'old' Touch - can I transfer those onto my new Touch? Or are they uniquely keyed to my current one?

J.

apps work with an unlimited number of iPod touches as long as you use the same iTunes account.

Ta for quick response - that does make sense, since it was my iTunes account I purchased 'em on.

Will pay it no more thought until later in the year then!

yeah, if you ever download an app, and then delete it, then when you go to install it again, it says "this app has already been purchased, press ok to download again for free",
