Just wondering if you will have to re-install Windows once Snow Leopard is released and installed on your Mac.

That's unlikely as it wasn't necessary when Leopard came out. When Windows7 comes out, expect to download updated bootcamp drivers for it, which won't require a reinstall either.

My guess is no mainly due to them being on two different partitions. But whenever I reinstall OS X (which is rarely) I always completely wipe/reformat the entire disk. Peace of mind I guess. I don't mind fixing settings and whatnot, I love the feeling of a clean install. It's like an organized desk. Refreshing. 🙂

You may not need to when Snow Leopard is out, but the final release of Windows 7 will require a re-install.

I'm pretty sure M$ will put out an update that updates RC1 to 7, but will require a valid CD Key to continue using 7. Therefore I don't think it will require an re-install.

No, you'll be required to do a clean install (which is good because upgrading is a stupid idea in the first place).
