iPhone Unlock 1.1.1 to 3.0?

Hi, I bought an iPhone a long time ago and used a site called ukiphoneunlock.co.uk and downloaded software to unlock my phone, Ive had this for a long time basicaly because ive been worryed about jailbreaking my iphone using anything else and im not wanting to fork out another £19.99 for them to send me the software, Any tips would be greatly apriciated :)

Google iphone dev. You shouldn't have paid money in the first place, as it is freeware. Hope this helps.
