Instructions:
1) Download <link removed>
2)Next, move installD to /usr/libexec and change the permissions to 0777 for functionality. IF PERMISSIONS ARE WRONG, YOU'LL END UP HAVING TO RESTORE (CONSTANT REBOOTING)
3) Reboot iPhone (turn off and on).
4) Whack on your apps....
Credit to --> Samtheman @Hackulous
P.S: the permission is access by right click on the "installD" and setting it from 0755 --->0777, then reboot and enjoy
HAVE FUN! Go OS 3.0 !

basically to access /usr/libexec you would need to install openssh and using a ftp program (i use WinSCP) and just go to the directory as posted...
if there is a step you are unclear on please ask.

for step 2 you need to enable SSH on iphone and then copy the file using winscp (if you are on windows) or cyberduck if you are on mac, or scp command using terminal on mac.
once you copy the file to your iphone then you can change permissions on it using winscp, cyberduck or you can use chmod command via mobile terminal on the iphone itself
