3.0 - Activate and Enable Baseband or not?

Trying to JB my 3.0 3G. My plan is to unlock it in the future when it's available for selling. I'm on legit AT&T.

Do I check 'activate the phone' and 'enable baseband update'? Or no?
I can't figure out how to JB to make it unlockable when Ultrasn0w comes out.

Don't check activate the phone. You can do that eventually when you're planning to sell it, but since you're still on AT&T for now you'll need to activate it in iTunes.
