I had categories installed on my 3G and I upgraded to the 3GS today. I have decided to never jailbreak this device, but its not like I could anyway, so this leaves me with a problem. All my apps are invisible because I never removed them from categories. So far when I got my iPhone I simply restored it from the backup of my old iPhone. If this is causing it, will restoring the iPhone by putting into DFU and setting it up as a new iPhone in iTunes fix the problem?
