iTunes is the simplest thing in the world to use... You don't need an iTunes account to put your own music on the iPhone.

i though that itune is slow than iphonebrowser hearing from friend say .
so if i want to install game / application / music / video without log in account itune right ? i dont want to purchase itune account

You dont have to purchase an iTunes account. If you want to add games through iTunes, you would have to purchase them from the iTunes store. Video/music/podcasts are easy to put on the iPhone.
