Problem Jailbroken Iphone 2g

Help. I thought i did everything right but i can't receive texts or calls. can make them fine. but nothing incoming. why is this?

Restore the phone, see if it's working OK, if it is try again.

If it's not, restore from DFU mode and ditto.

Then redo the jailbreak.
