O2 Visual Voicemail Broken

For about a week now my visual voicemail doesn't work and I can't seem to kick it back into life. Any ideas on how to or do I have to call O2?

I would, it's OK for me.

Try the following:

1. Dial 1760 to shut down VV

2. Dial 1750 to start it up again

3. Wait a few minutes

4. Go to Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network Settings

This will reboot the phone and VV should work now
