Okay I googled the address for this and it doesn't work:

iphone.hongkong.hk/repository.plist doesn't work.

Does anyone know the current HK repository address?

Yeah-Cydia says it can't find it.

I am looking for PNA Net 1.33, which WAS on this repository at one time.

Thanks-wasn't sure if pdanet1.33 was correct and last time I was looking for it-I was told HK was the only place still hosting it.

CORRECTION-That does work-I thought it was a repository-it is actually the whole product which you need to SSH to the phone. For anyone comfortable with SSH, here are the instructions:
