searchinst.something just keeps installing in safari without me knowing

has anyone had this file installing on their comp? when im in safari this file just downloads and installs without me knowing...

i caught a GLIMPSE OF it.. its called searchinst. (something - i dont know)

Please let me know if its harmful and where it could have come from
