Selling my iPhone 3G, how much should I ask?

Hey all, the last time I sold an iPhone was when I sold my 2G to get a 3G. I've got a brand new 16GB 3G to sell. Its new because I got it as a warranty replacement yesterday (the thing doesn't have one scratch on it) I see people on craigslist selling used, slightly beat up 8gig 3Gs for 300+, so I'm thinking i can get alot more for a brand new 16 gig. Does 400 sound good or should I go more or less? Thanks

They seem to be going for $300 - $500 unlocked on eBay. I'd say $400 is a good price for a refurbished 16GB.
